Bathrooms makeover

Our mission here was to modernise this classic property which lies in the heart of Limpertsberg.
The owners wanted to upgrade the standard of the apartment to elevate its value.
The interior had a classical layout of Luxembourgish residences, with a big entrance and a small bathroom. As the needs of the owner changed over time, in order to adapt the interior, we have enlarged the bathroom giving it an additional space for a comfortable bathtub and a shower, still respecting the entrance area.
The bathroom although separated from the toiled were designed in the same theme inspired by an authentic stone however, kept in a warm beige colour. We have played with the textures of the stone through accenting the main parts of the interior (i.e. walls) with the washbasin located opposite the entrance to the bathroom, as well as the niches around the bathtub and the shower.
Thanks to it, the space gained its natural order.
